The Spring Hotel - Chennai

Great location, close to US Consulate and biometric centre.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Room service are very exellent,all staff are very freindly and respect full

The design was very modern with trendy interiors....

It was the worst experience I had in a long time, the hotel is yet to be completed and there is continious hammering and work going on, plus you add the sound from the nightclub which vibrates your room walls, could not sleep till 1am when the club closes.... Plus I was charged additional charges by staff at checkout stating Booked.net has made a mistake and the actual cost is this amount....both of you have lost my business in the future....

The hotel was located near the US consulate, making it convenient for visa applicants. We also appreciated the on-site parking and transportation services. we enjoyed delicious breakfast and Chinese food at the nearby restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful with our requests.

Even is new hotel,some the room look worn and tired already.We complaint and they upgrade us to better condition room.

During our Christmas stay, we really appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near important landmarks. The walkable distance to the US visa application center was truly helpful. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable and the staff was attentive and polite.

The breakfast selection was just okay and lacked variety. It would have been nicer if the hotel offered more comfortable options to its guests.

It is a 6 months new.

Dark everywhere. It is like a love hotel.

1- the room was not the same I sow in the net they have to chienge, 2- the price I paied in rupies which I think it is more than what I booked for,

Great Location, Good Service Spent Christmas at this hotel and had mixed feelings. the location is key as it is very near to major attractions and the staff are attentive and helpful. the room was also clean and comfortable. the breakfast was amazing: a good variety of hot and cold items, freshly cooked to order.

Poor Amenities, Room Size On the downside, the room was quite small and there were missing amenities such as a rug or any kind of mat in the bathroom, as well as only one towel for two people. the hotel lacked a common area to relax.

Its located in heart of the city and the rooms are clean & neat.

The property is small and rooms are very cozy. Price Vs. Room size, its overrated.

I had come to chennai with my family (2 older children). They staff was very accomodating . they upgraded me to a bigger room although I had not booked it the american consulate is just 5 min walking distance . The decor of the room is very nice and the bathroom is very clean.

Had a little difficulty finding the place. Used google maps to find the hotel but strangely none of the landmarks used in google maps was easy to find.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the US consulate and is situated in the heart of the city. the hotel staff are knowledgeable about US visa appointments and provide helpful guidance. the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is decent.

Cockroaches in bathroom. Ants battling it out on the floor of this third floor room. Worst was two plumbers putting in washroom hardware (sinks) in room above ours at 1.30am. Management did not seem too concerned about it. Offered us free sandwiches!
